T3 TECHNOLOGY

T3 technology guarantees maximum temperature stability of the machine, thus offering precision and consistency in the espresso. T3 technology gives the barista the choice of three temperature settings: the steam boiler, the group and the group head. This technology enables complete control over the temperature at every step of the extraction, and gives the barista the freedom to extract the desired flavour profile.

PULSE-JET TECHNOLOGY

Pulse-Jet technology is a unique feature that explores different flavours and optimises the coffee. Baristas can create different extraction profiles. Pulse-Jet technology divides the extraction into three phases: pre-infusion, infusion and post-infusion. For each of the three phases, baristas can define the frequency of the impulses to apply. Pulse-Jet technology can highlight fruit or flower flavours and improve the profile of the final cup. The barista can thus reduce any aftertaste bitterness, increase body or give more sweetness.

AUTO-PURGE SYSTEM

With its new Auto-Purge system, shower cleaning occurs automatically when releasing the portafilter. This new feature helps to accelerate workflow and improves the quality of the drinks.

SMART WATER TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to Smart Water technology, Aurelia Wave can provide readings for essential parameters for incoming water, thus notifying the barista of any variation in pH level and dissolved solids. Smart Water technology protects the machine, extends its life, keeps maintenance costs down and improves the quality of the coffee.

PRE-SET SCENARIOS

The interface displays various predefined scenarios from which the barista can choose the most suitable for his coffee. Using the display, the barista can also create a personalised scenario in order to create settings for his own receipe. Everything is done using the display. The barista thus has full control over all phases of extraction, preparation, dispensing and cleaning.
