In view of 2012 World Barista Championship in Vienna, as well as baristas in the race, the judges are prepared to deal, with the utmost professionalism, the most important competitive and prestigious event in the world of coffee. To attend the event, or more generally to Coffee World Cup Event, the judges must be certified by the WCE (World Coffee Event), which organizes the two-day workshops in different countries of the world, during the year .
During those Laboratory Certification, which were expanded to more competitions dedicated to the baristas, the aspirant judge will have the unprecedented opportunity to qualify for four new competitions, in addition to the World Barista Championship (WBC). Therefore, participants can earn the title of certified judges for the World Latte Art Championship, World Cup Brewers, World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, Cezve / Ibrik championship, and promote the culture of specialty coffee in the coffee community for all year. Requirements to participate in the workshops are primarily the competence, commitment and desire to promote excellence in the coffee world. During the workshop for certified judges, trainers WCE guide the participants through a series of performance tests and evaluation that measures the ability of judges to perform successfully in a competition WCE. La macchina sponsor tecnico ufficiale del WBC non delude mai. Anche in occasione del Soth african barista championship, Aurelia Competizione ha brillantemente superato la prova riservando ai concorrenti in gara ottime performance.
Si è tenuta a Joannesburg in occasione della fiera Hostex, la finale dei campionati nazionali WBC. Il nuovo campione sudafricano è Travis Scott, un nome da oggi inserito nella lista dei campioni baristi nazionali di tutto il mondo, che si incontreranno a Bogotà per il World Barista Championship 2011.
Dal 2 al 5 giugno prossimi infatti, il campione nazionale del Sud Africa avrà l’onore di rappresentare il suo paese cercando di conquistare il titolo di World Barista Champion, vinto lo scorso anno dall’americano Michael Phillips, o comunque auspicando di entrare nella rosa dei finalisti tra i migliori baristi del mondo.
Quello del Sud Africa è stato un grande appuntamento per la Nuova Simonelli: ancora una volta la macchina per caffè espresso Aurelia Competizione è stata protagonista. Sponsor tecnico ufficiale del WBC, Aurelia ha hanno rubato la scena sul palco allestito da SCASA Speciality Coffee Association of Southern Africa, dove i baristi sudafricani hanno incantato il pubblico presente con le loro particolari performance.
Il team Nuova Simonelli ha supportato tutti i concorrenti, e ha perfino avuto il piacere di incontrare alcuni giudici certificati WBC recentemente “promossi” presso la sede aziendale della Nuova Simonelli in Belforte del Chienti (Italia), in occasione dello scorso Judge certification organizzato dal WBC.
