Training and development - Initial training and support will aid new staff when they enter the company and accompany them, within a time period of 4-6 weeks, to taking their first steps towards working independently. According to the position being filled, training will continue in the form of coaching until the new employee is self-sufficient. Performance assessment is measured through the achievement of objectives and follows the evolution of every resource from the initial stages onward.
