From 26th to 27th October Nuova Simonelli will host the second International event “COFFEE QUALITY REVOLUTION” (http://www.coffeequalityrevolution.com/) that will be focused on “How quality impacts profits” with International speakers as Tracy Allen (CEO Brewed Behaviour, SCAA Selected Supertaster – USA) , Alejandro Mendez (World Barista Champion 2011 – El Salvador), Raul Rodas (World Barista Finalist 2010 – Guatemala), Federico Bolaños (Founder Viva Espresso; Q Cupper – El Salvador), Gwilym Davies (World Barista Champion 2009 – Great Britain) and Prof. Sauro Vittori (Camerino University Chemistry Faculty Dean).
Definitely an event not to miss for who works and compares oneself daily with the new challenges of Espresso coffee. The event will supply interesting clues and inputs on the new trends and on the impact that the coffee quality has on the development of business and the companies creativity. The “Coffee Quality Revolution” is an event dedicated to top Roaster companies management, top espresso coffee machines operators, top baristas and top industry media operators.
